When I first met Zoe, I had been through two different voice teachers prior; Zoe flipped all of those experiences on their head, methodically going through the parts of the body that help to create sound in a healthy and functional way, taking care to ensure I don't harm my voice, making sure I am the focus of my lessons, being prompt and timely with messages if things go pear-shaped, and all this with a warm and encouraging tone.
